I think payment didn’t go thru and now I have no data or phone. I’m at a loss with log on but can’t submit a ticket. I can’t activate with my phone number. Says it isn’t Canadian. Ive been with PM for a while. Please help
Would be nice if they helped me! It’s been a week of going around in circles with the community and cs agent. Gave them all my info and still can’t access account to update payment
I’ve logged on PM many times but now it wants me to activate. So I tried and now it won’t accept my phone number properly because I’m already a customer for a few months now
