Hi I switched mobile providers and I need a record of my plast prepaid payment. When I logged into my account and looked for the payments link there is no link available. I believe it’s because I am no longer a member. Can customer support send me my last payment transaction record for reference.

If you login My Account on the browser, there should be a link "Payment History" and you can check it there. Or you can use this direct link to get to Payment history page:

@Js123pm since you switched provider, you won't be able to login My Account. You will need PM CS agent to provide you the information. Please private message CS Agent at:
