I ordered one new SIM card for $10.50 yesterday. The AI Bot had stated that there was an issue with the transaction payment did not go through and to try again. That's how 4 or 5 SIM cards were ordered Please do not bill me for 5 SIM cards. Please do not send me 5 SIM cards. I only require 1.

To verify how many sim cards were charged and the amount, please submit a ticket through the chatbot and have an agent look into it for you.
