Can’t getting any help from Customer Service with regard to porting number out of Public Mobile…
Not able to get SMS in the UK to authorize and answered a series of questions to Automated the process. But can’t get confirmation the request to allow Fonus to transfer. It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve been asking for help and a week since anyone/or bot answered anything

yes, you need to receive the text to approve the port out, if you are in UK , you won't be able to get that step done
sound like you already talked to PM support via messaging and they cannot help? If that is the case, you might need a friend to help you to do that in Canada. That might involve buying a new physical sim card so the sim works in Canada and your friend can help you to receive the text and approve the port

@YYCCalvin Since you can't receive the necessary SMS while you're in the UK and not getting anywhere with the chatbot, you can contact Public Mobile customer service via private message using this link
