OK I tried tto open a ticket and there is an error submiting saying I need to fill all areas which I did ! tried a couple of times and the error persists.

Yes, it is.

You have to open a ticket through chatbot (type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to a ticket).
Support will be through Community mail; you will not be able to talk any other way to PM support 'live' person.

There are several ways to contact a CS_Agent as noted by others but you can also dm them by clicking on your avatar then on Messages and address it to CS_Agent.

if your have an account related question, a PM live support staff will help.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

of course you can.  While PM does not have a line to call,you can still submit ticket and a live person will reply in message

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:  
          https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 

Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:
