Hi
I'm visiting the UK. Do you support roaming in the UK?
Alternatively, I do have another Canadian phone number I could forward my calls to. Is this something you can help me with? Can I adjust my account online to do this? I can't do it with my phone though, since I can't use it because I'm in the UK..
Are you able to help me with this?

Using Fongo or Whatsapp would require the other person to also be using the same app to communicate with you. Neither would allow you to receive calls from people calling your phone number using the standard method.

Doing the above wouldn't help the customer forward calls to another another number (or to receive the calls).

you won't be able to set forwarding if you are not in Canada with your phone, and support agent cannot help with setting up forwarding for you too

@Pavesa2 Sorry, Public Mobile doesn't have roaming outside of North America. As far as I know there is no way to set call forwarding other than through your phone.
