want to change subscription to the promotion plan

Hi, I want to change my subscription to the promotion plan $29 canada-us-maxico. But it doesn't show up in my account as an available option. Can someone help me to do it. Thanks

I am currently in the $30 plan. The cheapest available choice in my account to switch is $34 50gb plan. It is not bad, but I really don't need that much data

What is your current plan? And what are the cheaper plans currently available to you in your Change Subscription?

If you have a cheaper than $29 option, You may be able to switch to this cheaper option, and then the $29 plan MAY become available afterwards. YMMV, but worth a shot. 

The other option is to Port out to another provider and then Port back in to your desired plan.

Correct. We can no longer go in and out of plans at will. Last summer Public Mobile changed their philosophy and now it's a more difficult chore to downgrade plans.

you can only change your plan to whatever is currently available in your account. If you're trying to downgrade plans...that's not easily done.
