I’m having trouble paying for my subscription….
i have used the same card for close to 2 years and now all of a sudden it isn’t working?
as well as using other cards still no payment? So confused pls help

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
if your plan not expired or suspended yet and you still have time, please wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

It’s just simply not allowing me to update any card info or add a new one

pay close attention to the expiry date on your card...it could be due to be replaced. For now, you can get payment vouchers at Shell gas, 7-11 and Walmart, then dial 611 with your cell to add 'em to your account for payment. After than, you can look in to getting an updated / newer card or have Customer Support look into why payment failed.

Simply login to your account on the PM app or online and go to the Payment tab>Update Card Information.
If you are having problems login to your account. Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your registered email on your account.
