I need to update the credit card and phone number on my account. I cannot access the account. I am not sure the account was even set up (back in June 2022).

dial 611 with your cell to hear current plan status. If there's no mention of your account, that indicates it was never successfully activated....OR...it was subsequently deactivated due to non-pay.
