Cell phone was deactivated by Public Mobile yesterday with no explanation. I have automatically paid monthly for many, many years without issue. Payment was due yesterday, July 3 but never taken from my account and my service was cut off.
I have been on the computer and the cell and my land phone for hours yesterday and today trying to resolve.
Please help me with a solution immediately as I desparately need my cell phone this afternoon.

Login to your account and check if the registered CC has expired. Replace it with a new CC for future payments on the PM app or online under Payment-Update Card Information if it has expired:
If it didn’t expire then check to see if the Subscribe (AutoPay) button is enabled for future payments.
To restore service now, you need to make a manual payment on the app or online or dial 611.

Sometimes preauthorization/autopay fails for different reasons.
You will need to load up funds equivalent to your plan cost:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
Once you load up funds, it should re-activate your plan.

Check your account to see if it says what is wrong... if bill is REALLY paid...
Open a ticket and ask agent for assistance if you cannot get account to work.
