I found out that my setting in my account is inactive. So I reactive the service. And make a payment. How long my service can be resumed? Thank you so much.
And how can I set up the 4 digits code when I dial *611?

it should be instant. Reboot the phone and try.
Also, login My Account using browser with Incognito mode, it should show account Active. If it is not, check if the funds you loaded is still showing as Available Funds, and check Payment history to confirm if your money loaded used for renewal

regular plans run for 30 days (or older plans have 90 days). After that, they will suspend until paid. After 90 days in suspension without being paid, the account is deactivated.
