Porting issue

I switched from fido last night on my dads phone and authorized the transfer of number by texting “yes” and it resent the text at 5am so I did it right away again and now it’s showing no service on fido and on public it’s showing I have service but no number attached and some texts and calls aren’t working while some are and it’s saying iMessage activation unsuccessful when I try to turn on the number

 

please I need help

esim transfer was glitched, re messaged public online they got it sorted

first, remove the Fido sim, or if it is an esim, disable it

check and confirm your PM sim is enabled and set with label Primary.  Then Reboot your phone and Reset network settings and check again.  Make sure you can receive inbound calls, this confirm if the port is completed

if same, go to Settings , Phone and My Number to remove the phone number there.  Wait 15 mins.  Then reboot your phone again.  Go back to the Settings, Phone, and My Number to enter back the phone number.  This will re-register iMessage.  it might take long, like 15 mins.  Just be patient and wait
