My wife is trying to join Public Mobile from Telus. When she enters her number to be transferred on the Public Mobile app, she gets a message saying it is an invalid number. What can we do?

@Mitski the number from Telus can be ported into PM for sure.
You might want to get a new temporary number first. Then after the account is activated, open ticket with PM and ask them to manually bring in the number
