i got a used motorolla moto g power and i put my public m sim card in, but i can't use my cell plan. it says sim cant be used and to enter the pin. when i go 2 settings- sim locked for operater. it works fine on my other moto phone. i called the store, they said might have to finish setup tutorial, but it seems i did.
