Verification Code Goes to My Old Phone

I cannot login to my account because the verification code goes to my old phone which has an esim and I no longer have. How can I log into my account? My subscription is still active. New phone is esim only.

Thanks. Even after entering the code I get sent to my email address, it still asks for the verification that is being sent to my old phone. I will try the CS agent.

If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email or "Send Voice Message(When choosing "Send Voice Message", call yourself using another phone to retrieve VM)

If still unable to get the code, then you will need PM CS agent to help. They can help you with the login or they might be able to send you the eSIM QR code as well. Private message CS Agent at:
