Charged twice on my pkg plan

Annette558

Good evening

On March 18th 2025 you took a payment of 41.40 for my plan then you took a second payment of 41.40 the same day being March 18, 2025.

Please refund 41.40 to my debit/ credit card on file. It's been 3 days since this happened and it's not been refunded. I want the refund or credit put on my account lasting til May 18th 2025.

When was your renewal date?

If it was March 18 and you click to switch plan on your Next Renewal Date, the extra charge will remain in your account as credit.

If someone scheduled a plan change for the next renewal, that doesn't cause an extra charge, so this means that any possible scheduled plan change would be unrelated to this double charge.

When was your renewal date?

If it was March 18 and you click to switch plan on your Next Renewal Date, the extra charge will remain in your account as credit.

If you clicked on switch plan Now then you will be charge on the new plan and any unused days will be forfeited.

@Annette558  if you were charged twice, one will remain on your account as a credit towards next renewal.

However, if you really want the credit back now, use the orange chatbot to create a ticket and ask for it.

hi @Annette558

did you see the two payments on Payment history on My account or from your bank account?

if from Payment hisotry, please understand each renewal, there will be 2 lines showing the renewal, one about taking funds from your bank and put it in the account as credit, and another one about how they use the fund towards renewal. So, two lines but one charge to your bank
