OK I tried tto open a ticket and there is an error submiting saying I need to fill all areas which I did ! tried a couple of times and the error persists.
I have tried this route many times the last few days ..it sends you in a loop back to login public mobile and public mobile community , etc. this a very discouraging method of support?
