Payment Will Not Process - No Access To Customer Support Agents

Hello!

Payments are not going through today and my plan has been cancelled.

It seems impossible to get to a Customer Support Agent, could someone help?

hi @JavierNL 

you don't need to wait for agent, you can try to make a payment yourself 

you can login to My Account and click the link Pay and Resume Services.  

or if you don't see the button, use this link to load funds:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

Or you can also  buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

You can always make a manual payment as well or use a voucher to get it set back up. But there's some issues with the payment system so hopefully a CS Agent can help.
