Can't access another account/forgot login

I set up an account for my elderly mother. I need to update the credit card information but I can't remember the email or pin number I used to set up the account. I just want to keep it going and set up auto pay.

PM to Koodo number ported - Billed again from PM.

Logging in continuous loop

When trying to log into my account I do the 2step authentication and it says approved and I click go to portal and then it loops back to start the 2step authentication process again and just goes through that loop over and over...
