I have tried entering a new payment card but my area code is not recognized. I needed to change my address as well and it won't recognize the area code either. I know it is the right area code. What should I try?

There is a stubborn issue with updating credit card at PM.
Create a ticket so agent can help you out.
Open a Ticket through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

Try clearing the cache and go incognito on your browser then try or try on the PM app.
If that didn’t work then click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help.
