My account renewed, don't have service.. I want to change the plan but they say the next time would be in 1 month from now. Today is the renewal date. I don't want the old plan. Why can't I change plans the day of the renewal?

@rdredhart I see you changed the title of your post. Go into your app and update the credit card. You will then have to force it to pay. Try changing plans at that time, BEFORE you make manual payment. Alternatively contact customer service as indicated by others.

you missed the time. you can probably try to ask support agent and see if they can help to make a plan change from the system for you

@rdredhart your best option is to find a plan you want and then select "Change on renewal" so that you do not forfeit any days remaining on your current plan especially since your subscription just renewed. PM does not give refunds on unused days. You can try reaching out to a support agent to ask about chaining plans but I really doubt they will give you a credit or refund, still no harm in asking though.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

@rdredhart You have to confirm plan change on the renewal day or do immediate plan change but then you lose money on your current cycle
But if today your renewal day you can always ask support if they will make change for you to lay the diffence they might help doesn't hurt to ask

@rdredhart Probably because renewal process starts at like 12:01 am EST of the renewal day.
