E Mail Change

I need to change my e mail for my account. My husband and I share an e mail address so he can’t sign up for Public Mobile. I have 2     e mail addresses. If I had known we need two different ones I would have used my personal address instead of our shared one 😩 I have been trying to change my address but it’s not working!! 😡 HELP!

log in on a laptop, click Profile > Manage Eversafe ID > Email address > enter and save new email address.

@Fay4  what do you do in order to change the email address? 

You have to sign into your account. Then go to the Profile tab.  Click the pencil beside the current email to change and press save.
