Amount Changes in bills

Hi 

I subscribed to the 29/month plan in December 2024, and since then I have been charged about $17/month until this month, it's back to 34 after tax, I am just curious about where the waiver amount  come from for the past 3 months' charge.

Back in December, Public Mobile had 50% off promotions that lasted for 3x 30-day plan periods.  Your plan has since reverted back to regular price.

I am not sure, seems the only probability there was some limited promotion... but it was not shown on my receipt

How did you get charged $17 for a $29 plan??? Unless there was some limited time promotion you should pay $29+tax.

Check your plan and amounts charged after logging in to your account.

If you sign in and go to the Payment tab,  you should see the breakdown of previous payments and adjustments. From there you should be able to determine what happened.
