Why is my billing system schedule August 23 instead of the end of the month why it is on the 23rd?

PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle. The renewal date will change approximately every 2 months.

Public mobile billing cycle is every 30 days.  So, the due date changed every month since some months are 30 days, while others 31 days. The billing cycle starts on the day of your plan activation also.
