I’m trying to signup as a new member so I did it on the website then it told me to download the app to download the eSIM, on step 6 it told me there was a “subscription not activated, please contact us for support” I hit that button and it sent me to a blank screen. I tried the online chat and the person told me to come here as they can’t help.

Public Mobile doesn't have online chat. The chatbot is automated and it shouldn't have directed you back to the1 Community message forums. Please use the following link to contact customer service:
