Hey there, just recently subscribed but made the mistake of choosing the SIM card delivery (10 days!!) instead of the eSIM option. How do I switch it? Thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Hi, thanks for that but whenever I go to My Account, it will only let be Resume Activation with the SIM card I’m waiting for and not select any eSIM option.

log in to your Public Mobile app, click on the Account tab (bottom of the page) to find Purchase SIM Card...then opt for Continue With eSim ($5).
You can message Customer Support to see when they sent the hard sim. (Ask if they'll credit your acct for that mistaken purchase)

usually you need to wait for the sim card setup to complete before you can change it to eSIM
but ask PM, they can check and confirm
