Hi, I purchased a plan by mistake and I haven't activated the SIM/eSIM yet. I would like to cancel my order and request a full refund to my credit card. Please also remove my credit card details from the system.

If you haven’t completed step 6. You shouldn’t be charged. 
If you did then contact a CS_Agent to remember remove your CC information:

 PM has a no refund policy 

But you can check with PM if the plan wasn't fully activated yet
