Failed Calls

Hello,

A few months ago my phone would occasionally have a failed call. Now I'm experiencing "Failed Call" 3 or more times during a phone call. Can you please help?

if you are not sharing data via hotspot to your computer and Lorex cam, it won't affect them if you change to 3G

To change to 3G,  go to  settings.  tap on cellular. then tap on cellular data options,  on voice and data , select 3G. And you can see that it will connect to 3G.

iPhone 12 Pro Max. The "Failed Calls" happen whether it's outgoing or incoming call. Now it's happening many times during a call and causing big problems for me. My plan is 4G. How do I put it on 3G? 

I have tried shutting off the phone and turning off and on the airplane mode. The Failed Calls still happen, not as often but still happen.

what phone do you have? brand and model?

and you got this when making outgoing calls?  does it work again if you hang up and make calls again?

you can try to change the network mode to 3G Only on your phone and test again.  If you have 3G plan and it works, you can leave it on 3G mode if you like.  But even if you have 4G or 5G plan, at least try to change to 3G for a day or two and test the calls
