Hello,
I was following the automatic instructions on the public mobile app l, and it failed to instal the eSim while I was connected to my previous provider and WI-FI. I tried adding the eSim from the QR code in the welcome email, and it failed too.
I can't access my account now because it wants to text me, but I don't have access to my phone number.
Please help

Yes that works with a public mobile account that has been setup.
However, because I get the following message:
We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to your phone number. We will need you to confirm this number"
The only option is to resend code, and no matter how many times I press resend code, it doesn't let me change to email.

I unfortunately can't make it past the "verify via cell phone" option because the service was JUST activated, otherwise I would. I also tried reset the password in hopes to get in one time to adjust settings but I get the same verify screen.

There should be an option for you to send the 2FA code to your registered email. Just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code.

@bdubuc You will need to contact CS_Agent via support ticket or private message so they can get you set up on eSIM.
