Unable to make calls within canada. Receiving calls but canada wide calls are not connecting

I am unable to make calls within canada. My receiving is ok. I can make long distance calls. No network issues in my area. What's wrong with my connection?

Did you dial 1 before the area code? What plan do you have?

could possibly be a local network outage or upset of some sort. Try again throughout the day. If you can successfully dial LD, I don't think there's anything wrong with your connection. Could be so many local people calling that the "pipe" just gets too full temporarily.

When did you signed up with PM and what plan do you have?
What your account says? Is it active and does it show plan with all unlimited (except data)?
