This plan was previously only available for new activations but PM has now removed that requirement and it is now available for everyone.

Good find!
Hopefully we'll see more of this now that we're losing steep legacy discounts.

PC Mobile does have calling to the US included in this plan, which is likely what was meant here.

- 25gb data with autopay (PM is only 20gb)
- 5G speed (PM is only 4G)
- includes US calling (PM's doesn't)
- get 5% back in pc optimum points, or 10% if you use one of their credit cards (PM is only 5% back, period)
- 20k free optimum points after 2 months ($20)
So objectively, you'd be getting far more value with PC Mobile. Unless you have a ton of referrals, this plan isn't all that competitive.

One thing to think about if switching to this plan is a lower cost than the current one would be the loss of the rewards/points change data bonus (if that even matters to someone!).

Hello @colleeno
It seems they have indeed changed it from New customers only to everyone. If this is indeed a good plan for you to be on, feel free to take advantage of it. I would however, suggest if you are switching to it, do it for "Renewal Date" and not right away so you don't lose money you've already paid. Unless your like a few days away then not a big loss. 🙂

HI @colleeno
thanks. yes, PM will let existing users dip on new activation plan sometimes. Get it while you can
