Hello all, I am reaching out in desperation because I have been attempting to get some assistance yet it has been a loop of insanity because of the lack of verbal communication customer service offers. Simply I changed my sim in Mexico and my data has not been working since I got back. I tried all suggestions and called Apple. When I finally received some communication one agent was so rude patronizing and dismissive I felt physically ill at what this world is coming to regarding human customer service (I will deal with that later I just had to vent:) regardless if anyone has any suggestions other then what is mentioned here already I would truly appreciate it. Thank you all and best of luck on 2025

@Bosco700 What phone do you have? Is it esim or a physical sim? Is it dual sim?

so has other Public Mobile features been working as expected ? Which Mx sim did you use in Mx ?
added....using iPhone ? Make sure software is up to date.
