My bonus data is missing

I found my bonus data added on March 13 to my account is now missing. It should not expire until 150 days later and I didn’t cosume it at all. I tried to submit a ticket but the page is not loading. Can any agent please look into this for me.

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

i think possible, CS agent usually are ok with that.  Check with them

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
