When I receive a group message it only shows the sender and I get a error message saying "some messages not downloaded in messages". In the person's message there is a download symbol that when checked does nothing.
I transferred from Bell to Public Mobile and transferred my number to Public Mobile. Everything seems to work fine except when I RCS chat it still shows my temp number that was set up before the number transfer.

Thanks for your reply.Yes, the Phone works fine except for RCS chat number issue. I'm currently on vacation in the USA and would prefer not to lose my WIFI password so the network is likely not an option at this time.
