Any idea how to do this if the phone has an eSim?

Just to let everyone know I think it is resolved now. It appears to have been an APN issue on my new phone. Here is what I did to resolve the problem... along with a few suggestions from a CS_Agent.
I put my SIM back in my old phone wrote down the old APN settings and then updated my new phone with those values I then put the SIM back in my new phone along with a restart and this morning it appears to have resolved this issue.

@Lirwinjr I used to get something like that on my Android phone when I didn't have cellular data turned on. You have MMS enabled in settings? What phone do you have, in case it's one that needs the APN updated. Did this problem start recently?

@Lirwinjr , are you having issues enabling RCS? Try these troubleshooting steps.

Is your mobile data enabled? Have you run out of data? Can you connect to the internet?
