Morning, i activated new SIM yesterday and my no. Hasnt been ported. Could you please let me know when could i expect that to happen.

Did you get confirmation from your old service provider. If you conform and reply yes to your old service then it should work.if any amount owing to them then number will not port.Try to restart your phone in 20 minutes you should be able to connect to new provider.

Did you confirm with YES to the text with the old SIM in your phone that you are porting over to PM?
You had 90 minutes to reply or your porting will not be completed.
If you missed to reply, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you complete the porting.
