My wife’s phone and mine were on same credit card .updated credit card but not her number I thought it would automatically include her number

@Gordohood, you can share credit cards on the accounts but not emails. Updates will need to be done individually for this reason

@Gordohood You have to log into each of your account to update the credit card info . You both would have different emails on public mobile each account need it’s own email . But in your title you mention porting did you just port your number to PM ? If so you need another email and go thru same porting process as you did for your number

each account in PM uses one unique login email. So, if you have 2 accounts (you and your wife), you have 2 different email logins. You need to login both accounts to update the credit card
if you are unsure what the other login is, check with PM support agent

wrong ! Each account are separate entities. You must manually edit cc inf o for each account.
