Can't log in. Being asked to "reactivate" account.

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I have had an account for years and my phone works fine.  However, when I try to log into my account now, it asks me to reactivate the account.  When I put in myemail and pswd, the next screen says either "Resume Activation" or "Go To Login Page".  If I try to resume activation, I get a "Fail" message.

Appreciate any help!

hi @Lisa59 

the error means the system cannot find your My Account from the email login, you need to ask PM support agent to sort it out
