can't download public mobile app phone BLU Advance 5.0

to complete activation and choose a phone number,  i need to download Public Mobile app.

to download Public Mobile app, I need to create a Google Play account.

to create a Google Play account, I need a phone number. 

Please assist with this conundrum. Thank you

@MarcelleArcand  you can get a trusted friend or family member to download the Public Mobile App for you and create the account. 

Once it's created you can have them deleted the app and mange the account online through the web.

Keeping mind though that this Blu Advance 5.0 is a very old phone and you might not be able to make telephone calls with it as it does not have VoLTE.
