Need help with eSIM activation using a Payment Voucher

Hello, I am a new customer trying to activate a new eSIM line to get a Canadian phone number. Unfortunately, the system rejects my international credit card, so I cannot complete the sign-up process on the app.

I have already purchased a $50 CAD Public Mobile Payment Voucher from an authorized vendor. Since the sign-up page does not give me an option to enter a voucher code, I need your assistance to manually activate my account and the eSIM.

Here are my details:

• Full Name: ******
• Email for the account: ***@***
• Voucher PIN (12 digits): ############ 
• Requested Plan: $40 Plan /79 Gb Data within Canada, US and Mexico at 5G Speed
• Preferred City for the Phone Number: Calgary

Could you please complete the activation on your end and send me the eSIM QR code or installation instructions? Thank you so much for your help.

you must use a valid Cdn payment card to activate your new account. If your friend will allow you to use their Cdn payment card for successful activation...then delete their card and you can pay all future plan renewals with vouchers. 

Alternative is to get to retail outlet like Walmart or Canada Post and buy prepaid / reloadable Visa debit card....you can use that for your Public Mobile plan activation...then continue to use it or use vouchers for plan renewals.

we are just customers here, not PM staff

and activation cannot be done with payment voucher.  You need to use prepaid credit card instead.  Payment voucher can only be used to pay for renewal

You cannot activate a subscription using vouchers. Vouchers are only used to pay the monthly plan. 

You need a Canadian credit card or visa / master card debit to active account.
