Hello! I’m trying to change to the 5g plans they’re offering now, but when I try to log into my app it’s asking me to select a phone number but I’ve already been texting and using my phone number for over a year? It won’t let me skip this, is this something that can be escalated to customer service?

Definitely seek customer agent assistance as advised below. This should not happen if all you are doing is changing your subscription. If you select a new number, you will probably lose your original number. Good luck.

I think your EverSafe system cannot find your My Account for some reason. You need PM to sort it out
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
