How do I cancel a subscription when the subscriber is deceased?

I gone through this twice in the last month. First with my uncle then my sister. The first was with freedom had to email a copy of death certificate to them to cancel it. With fizz I had access to her account and just turn off auto payment. So if you have access to the account you can just disable it.

You will have to gain access to his/her account and turn off Subscribed switch. That will stop autopay (if any).

In 90+ days of no pay account will be deleted.

sorry for your lost

you can either do a charge back with the credit card, and then PM account will be suspended

or you can do it the proper way by reaching out to PM and ask them to cancel it for you

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
