Hi how do I message a customer support agent on here? The tickets rarely work and I keep timing out and getting logged out. Basicly I thought I cancelled then it said payment failed then I decided now to reactivate my public mobile number and end up overcharging myself trying to get the subscription to work . had to use top up voucher to be able to update payment card. Amex was already added and I didnt think Amex worked with public mobile. its possible my memories unreliable. Theres also a few charges I have from public mobile from when I first tried moving over my numbers from Koodo. They werent all succesful and I didnt do everything all together no wonder I have this confused mess now I tried buying plans with public mobile to get everything cheaper at 19 monthly and live off wifi I think only one was succesfuly ported over to public mobile but I have a number of charges from public mobile from the past couple months. then I switched to Fido for a boxing week deal for barely a day before Telus called to give me an irresistable offer to switch everything back to them. Now it seems like my credits maybe lost somehow and the Norton complete boxing week package deal I added ended up getting cancelled somehow for a missed payment supposedly I thought was being billed with my telus subscription since I was back with them. I need to go over all my bills for past couple months since November with Telus, koodo, public mobile, fido, and Telus again Sorry Its all a big mess now. Basicl my issue with public mobile now is being overcharged while my subscription and service arent really working right and I want to sort out what happened with public mobile while I thought I had cancelled until I wanted to reactivate my public mobile number but now it seems the payment is all messed up like its become with Telus and the Norton subscription and my seemingly disappearing credits.

If you click on the Payment tab, you can download your most recent bills. There are generally no refunds here, but you can explain and see what they say. They will message you tomorrow it's usually 30 minutes to 2 hours or longer if they are busy. Look for there reply to the inbox envelope upper right.
