New user - eSim fail OTP doesn't allow email notification

Hi

 

I am a new user, my eSim has failed and I got a new sim. However I am not able to login because it sends otp to my phone number which is not accessible. I need help to resolve this problem asap. I cannot be reached at the moment

click Didn't receive code and then see if send email is an option, get the code via email

if you know the VM password, you can also click Send voice message there, then call yourself from another phone to retrieve the code via voicemail
