What was the issue? I'm a new PM customer and having the same issue with text messages. My previous number has been transfered and followed all the steps but still unable to send or receive texts.

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
if SMS, probably a problem with activation. Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
