Esim to physical sim

Hi. My phone does not take esim, so I bought a physical sim. When I try to log in to PM account to change from esim to physical sim, it asks for a code sent by text message, but apparently I could not receive the text message with the esim so I cannot log in. What can i do?

@Mikecanada does the resend code if you other options for sending or only as text? If only as text then you will need to message a support agent with the link shared by Chalupa_Batman

If your phone isn’t eSIM compatible then your account wasn’t completed. It would have indicated it to you when you tried to activate the eSIM.

Contact a CS_Agent to help you to comply the activation if there are no option to send the 2FA code by email.

what phone you have? sometimes the app said it cannot take esim on the last step but it could be an wrong error.  Contact Pm first and check and see if they can complete the esim activation first.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

Thanks, but there is no link "Didn't get code", only "Resend Code".

Hey @Mikecanada 

As per @eddieO , there should be an option "Didn't Get Code" and then should give you an option to send to your email. I have a feeling however this option may not be there. If it's not, then reach out to a CS Agent to change it for you.

@Mikecanada there should be a link that says "Didn't get code", click on that and then you can select to have it resent by email
