Hello I’m trying to set up an account for myself. I tried to add my TD visa debit card however it fails to process the payment. Just wondering if anyone can help me out here.

You can only create an account on the PM app on your phone.
If you used the PM app on your phone then you need the assistance from a CS_Agent.

are you using the app? Try with the PM app. Make sure the address and postal code and name all match what on the TD card
but still cannot pay, uninstall the app, and reinstall after reboot and try using another email address to create a new account

Sometimes the apps and website have cache issues. If you are using the app, if it's Android, go into the app settings itself for the PM app and clear the cache. Then clear the data. Reboot the phone and try to log back in and try again. If it's an iPhone, then delete the app, reboot the phone, redownload the app and log in and try again. If your on the computer, go to your browser settings and clear the cache. Then close/restart the entire browser. Make sure no other windows are left open. Once re opened, click on incognito mode and try to log in again and try again to make the attempt. If you're STILL having issues, then you can reach out to a CS Agent to resolve.
