Number transfer issue

I input the number wrong when I try to transfer it to Public so I can not receive any message and complete the transfer. Please let me know what I do to fix it.

A Public Mobiuel customer suport agent should be opened using the chatbot.

If there is a an error message show when trying to open the ticket, send a private message to CS_Agent.
