Can I set a future date to resume subscription? Traveling now but I know when I go back home. Thanks

Once a customer's account has gone into suspension re-enagbling autopay will not get the service working again. Payment for plan would require manual payment.

sorry, no such schedule resume settings.
you have to mark your calendar and resume it yourself. Remember you only have 90 days grace period to resume or you lose your number. And don't it do it on the last day, set it to the 80th days. Also, remember to use email to receive 2FA code , assuming you won't get the 2FA on SMS while you travel.
