I had my payment taken out of my account but my phone is acting as if it had not been paid for. I cannot find anyone to speak to.

I'm late to your party...but...you could dial 611 to hear the most current status of your account. If it's still not working as expected, use the link provided by slusagm to get Customer Support to look into your file. Customer Support will want to validate your account and might ask for your account info...ph #, name on acct, acct number and PM pin #.

Data and voice both not work?
Reboot phone and reset network settings and test sim in another phone
